THE PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZING EXPERIENCE!

 

When you contact THE Organizing Helper, we will conduct an initial phone consultation where you will have the opportunity to discuss your need for our services.  We will ask some questions to get an idea of how we may help you. 

 

After speaking with us on the phone, we will then schedule a time that is convenient for you for us to conduct a two-hour, in-home initial consultation.  During this consultation we will tour your space(s) and/or review your daily activities if we are working on a time management challenge, then we will discuss your vision.  In this time we will identify the top 3 priorities of the project.  I will take photos and measurements of the space during the consultation.  You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions or voice any additional concerns you may have. 

 

After the two hour consultation has ended I will return to my office where a plan of action and a project proposal will be created.   A proposal will be presented to you within 48 hours via email, regular post, or in person.   Once you review the plan and decide you wish to further work with us, we will then schedule a time for a "hands-on" work session.  If you choose at that time to not proceed with hands-on help, then the plan of action is yours to keep and implement on your own if you wish, with no further obligation.

 

The hands-on process will consist of 3 hour sessions.  We have found that 3 hours is the optimum amount of time to get a lot done without it being overwhelming or overtiring.    

 

When the project is completed per the plan's specifications I will present you with a "maintaining it all" plan.  This will be a guideline for you to refer to so you can keep the space and systems working for you.  Once you have a chance to experience the new space and/or systems, we will schedule a complimentary "follow-up" appointment to discuss what is working, and what maybe isn't working.  Our goal is for you to be happy and enjoy your new less-stressful space and life!

Percentage of In-Home Consultation fee applies to your first Hands-on Session!

 

Hands-on Sessions billed in 3-hour increments.

We request at least 48 hours notice of cancellation.   THE Organizing Helper understands the occasional conflict of schedules and is more than willing to work with our clients to re-schedule within a reasonable amount of time. 
 
Payment:

 

Invoices are presented at the end of every consultation and work session.   All fees are to be paid by cash, check or credit card on the date the service is performed.
